This is an awesome product. I highly recommend it to help with sleep. This is better than taking prescription medication for sleep. I used to take a prescription drug for sleep, it gave me night mares, I felt very tired the next day and when it wouldn’t work, the Dr would up it to a higher dose. This does tastes great.
